Before your appointment, I kindly ask that you help us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment by observing simple etiquette such as being freshly showered and well-groomed. I also require a donation in an envelope and completion of our booking form to schedule your session. Thank you for choosing ME for your entertainment needs.
